Training
Training workshops are developed using specific learning objectives to improve individual and/or company performance. The workshops are activity based so that participants get to practice the concepts. Training falls into 3 areas; technical, non-technical and management.
E-learning
E-learning consists of integrating technology based training, either CD-ROM or Internet based, along with traditional instructor led training. By using a blended learning strategy, the learning experience can be extended beyond the workshop itself through either pre or post activities.
Conferences
Ralph Spencer is available for either keynote and/or breakout presentations at regional or national conferences.
